This engine guard has been specially developed for the KTM 390 ADVENTURE.

Additional protection against rocks and contact with the ground for the engine: the high-quality, aluminium alloy engine guard shows what it's capable of off the street, but provides extra safety and an individualized look on the streets, too. State-of-the-art production gives these bike-specific protectors a secure fit. The installation on frame mounting points lends additional stability and allows for easy installation.

Good protection, makes maintenance a bitch

Good quality and good instructions. The two part construction with different spacers makes installation annoying, so maintenance i.e. oil change will also be annoying with this part. This also lowers the ground clearance a bit on a bike that is not very high to begin with, so that should be stated in the product information as well. On a second thought i would probably recommend another manufacturers product, but this is adequate and protects well.
