PRO BLAZE H saddlebag set

The high version of the PRO BLAZE saddlebags is specially designed for motorcycles with a higher positioned exhaust. Due to the elevated position, the bags are not affected by the heat radiation of the exhaust. SW-MOTECH has manufactured this bag set with matching support arms for the BMW S 1000 RR.

SW-MOTECH has manufactured these bags from lightweight and dimensionally stable EVA material. The cover, made of particularly UV-resistant 1680D nylon, protects luggage from splashing water and dust.

Developed specifically for sporty motorcycles, the saddlebags have a minimal effect on driving characteristics. When travelling without luggage, the removable support arms can be detached with a simple step, leaving only inconspicuous holders behind on the bike.

The bike-specific developed removable support arms, a powerful hook and loop fastener and an additional safety belt with click fastener ensure the best grip and prevent the bags from swinging or flapping - even at high speeds.

Disappointed with SW-Motech is an understatement. I purchased the PRO BLAZE SADDLEBAG SET, for my 2021 S1000rr K67 before heading to the Isle of Man for the TT races. After installing them I noticed that the saddle bags did not sit evenly on the bike. The right hand side sat in much closer to the rear indicator/park/brake light than the left. On inspection I found the mounting brackets from left to right to be shaped differently, a manufacturing defect. The defected right hand side bracket allowed the saddlebag to rest against the indicator/park/brake light. Within 15 minutes of setting off for the TT the rear light had snapped off. Leaving me with no lights and multiple faults on the dash for the entire TT fortnight and travel to and from the ferry. What has pissed me off completely was SW-Motech’s response to this. I emailed them with pictures to show them what happened and told them I didn’t care about the rear light, I will replace it, but I just didn’t want the next indicator to brake because the bracket would allow it to happen again. They came back with the following “ We are very sorry that you arent happy with our product. The spacer bars are always bent identically. The fact that one side is bent differently cant be right” This to me is absolutely pathetic. These bags cost €380. The replacement indicator cost €110 from BMW. All up I’ve spent €490 and I can’t even use the bags again for this years TT because they will not supply me a properly manufactured bracket. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this junk.
