Solutions for everyday riding, touring and adventure
Honda motorcycles range from accessible everyday bikes and agile naked bikes to versatile adventure models for long-distance travel. SW-MOTECH develops bike-specific accessories that add storage, protection and comfort while respecting the practical character and individual geometry of each Honda model.
The Honda CB500X is suitable for commutes, weekend trips and light tours. Compact tank bags, tail bags and model-specific racks create storage space without overloading the motorcycle. The Honda CB750 Hornet focuses on a reduced setup: discreet luggage, protective components and ergonomic details improve its suitability for everyday use and maintain the light, dynamic appearance.
For longer trips and changing surfaces, the Honda XL750 Transalp combines manageable dimensions with suitability for touring. The Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin offers a broader base for extended trips and more demanding routes. These concepts show why accessories should be selected based on the motorcycle and intended use - not just the brand.
The storage space required changes with the journey. A compact tank or tail bag keeps everyday items within easy reach and can often be quickly removed at your destination. For weekend tours, side carriers and soft luggage offer flexible volume with comparatively low weight. Longer trips may require a side cases, a top case or a coordinated combination.
Hard luggage is suitable if dimensionally stable and lockable storage space is important. Waterproof soft luggage adapts to changing loads and keeps the system lighter. Seat, passenger footrests and distance to the exhaust are always part of the selection. The model-specific carrier forms the reliable connection between Honda and the luggage system.
On Transalp and Africa Twin, crash bars and engine guard help to protect exposed areas on uneven ground or in the event of a fall. For CB500X or Hornet, axle protectors and compact crash pads may be better suited to predominantly road use.
Protection components should be viewed as a system. Attachment points, ground clearance, cladding shape and the combination with other accessories influence the result. The product pages show the intended application and any necessary attachments.
Handlebar positioning, footrests, gearshift and foot brake levers can adapt selected Honda models to body position and operating preferences. This is particularly helpful if the same motorcycle is used in everyday riding and on long journeys or if the riding position alternates between seated and standing.
Navigation holders and accessories for the power supply keep devices visible and ready for use. The solution must fit the space in the cockpit, the windscreen position and the controls of the specific model.
First determine which functions are crucial for you and then check whether the selected components can be assembled together. A CB750 Hornet can remain compact and road-oriented, while the Transalp or Africa Twin specifically receive more luggage volume and protection. What is important is a harmonious setup, not the largest possible number of accessories.
Start with the model and year of manufacture and then put together your accessories. You can find additional guidance in our guides to motorcycle luggage, motorcycle protection and motorcycle ergonomics.
