We will process your order immediately, at the latest on the following business day.
We deliver directly to EU countries via our online store. If your delivery address is not listed in the country selection in the shopping cart, please contact us: we will be happy to inform you about the delivery conditions for your delivery address.
Customers from other countries can use the web shop to search for products. To place an order, please contact our partners in the respective country.

If, contrary to expectations, we are unable to deliver on time, we will inform you of the expected delivery time or make a partial delivery. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for the subsequent delivery.

DHL Standard Shipping costs
We charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order for standard shipping. If you receive the goods in partial deliveries, delivery from the second shipment onwards is of course free of charge for you.
For orders with a gross value of €249.99 or more, shipping via standard DHL is free of charge. (End customers, delivery address within Germany)

We will send you a shipping box for you to send your bench to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending us the bench and returning the finished bench to you.

Express shipping
DHL Express shipping is available for orders placed from Monday to Thursday by 12:00 noon, provided that all ordered items are immediately available. Orders received by this time are normally handed over to DHL Express on the same day, with delivery expected on the next working day. Orders received after 12:00 noon are processed on the next working day; orders received after 12:00 noon on Thursday are normally processed on the following Monday. The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, public holidays or other circumstances beyond SW-MOTECH’s direct control.

We charge a flat rate of €12.78 per order for standard shipping within Germany. If you receive the goods in partial deliveries, the second and subsequent deliveries are free of charge.

Seat bench shipping
We do not currently offer the conversion of benches from the UK.
We only deliver to end customers from countries for which we cannot offer you a distributor as a local contact. You can find a list of our distributors by country at the following link: Global Distribution Partners. End customers from countries with a distributor have the option of sending their shopping cart as a request by email to the responsible distributor.

Additional customs duties and fees apply to deliveries to non-EU countries.
