Bike-specific equipment for travel, comfort and adventure riding
Harley-Davidson stands for motorcycles with a strong character, distinctive design and relaxed travel. With the Pan America, the brand expands this spectrum with a modern adventure bike. SW-MOTECH develops bike-specific accessories that add storage, protection and comfort to suit each motorcycle.
The Harley-Davidson Pan America combines long-distance comfort with off-road driving options. Your accessories should therefore provide enough capacity for longer journeys and at the same time support protection and controlled handling on changing surfaces.
Model-specific side carriers form the basis for robust luggage solutions. side cases offer organized and lockable storage space, while waterproof bags adapt more flexibly to changing loads. A top case adds easily accessible volume; a tank bag keeps smaller items within reach.
On long tours, it's not just the maximum volume that counts. The position and weight of the luggage influence handling, seating comfort and freedom of movement. Heavy objects should lie low and close to the center of the motorcycle. When riding with two people, the pillion seat and rear footrests must remain free.
For shorter trips, a tail bag or tank bag may be sufficient. Multi-day trips warrant a full side bag or case system. The right carrier creates a secure connection to the motorcycle and takes into account the distance to the exhaust and rear wheel.
On uneven surfaces, crash bars protects exposed areas in the event of a fall. A engine guard completes the cover from below. Hand protectors, axle protectors and other protective parts can be combined to suit the route and riding style.
The protection system should have ground clearance, lean angle and maintenance access. Product pages show which version the components were developed for and whether additional attachments are required.
Handlebar positioning, footrests as well as shift and foot brake levers can adjust selected Harley-Davidson models to body posture and control position. This is particularly relevant on the Pan America when long stretches of road involve a standing riding position on loose surfaces.
Navigation holders and accessories for the keep devices clearly visible and ready for use. The components must fit securely and must not interfere with instruments or operation.
First, decide whether the focus is on everyday riding, a tour or an adventure trip. Then select the model and year of manufacture and check whether the luggage, protection and ergonomics can be used together. This creates a coordinated setup that expands functionality and preserves the character of the motorcycle.
Use the selection by model and year of manufacture to ensure components match the mounting points and features of your Pan America or another model. The product pages show which carriers, protective parts and attachments can be used together and whether additional assembly material is required.
